Since we are members of the European Community, and since bidets are more in common with Europe, why are these not fitted to public toilets, before some fixture that is more common to the Middle East?

Most Shopping centres have them, but they are a facility that only a minority might use. So people taking their young children shopping, are also inconveniencing you from spending a penny. Is that sufficient to bar people taking babies with them when they want to spend their money?
