Did I miss something at the beginning, as I never heard how the the Best West Hotel boss worked in 3/4 of his hotels and none of the staff asked to why the cameras were there and how he managed to get the jobs of, waiter, kitchen porter and golf club gardener?

Apparently they made up a story pretending that the big boss was actually a mature work placement person who was being recorded because he was trying out every type of job offered by the company . . .
