Why Won't It Flower ?
I have a hydrangea plant in a large pot. It was in a small pot last year and never flowered so I moved him to a bigger pot this year and it has loads of leaves but no flowers. I feed all my plants tomatoe liquid feed, have done this to my plants for years and it makes them healthy and lush.
I wonder whether hydrangea plants don't like pots and do better in the garden.

Its ok den...it didn't like being moved.... and don't use tomato food use miracle grow or phostrogen....or special shrub food... hydrangeas are naturally very big shrubs so are much happier in the garden where they can be rampant... there are some smaller varieties available now that do better in pots I could look them up for you if you want to replace it...

I have 8 Hydrangeas all in pots and one of mine this year has only a a couple of flowers on for some reason and they came long after the others... If I cut them back too much that has stopped the flowers growing...and I have moved them around before now with no problems...I would say wait and see what happens next year..I find the slow release pellets just for Hydrangeas etc., very good - I have one in a pot that has stated to trail its big flowers all over the floor and is perfecftly healthy - Your pot looks big enough for now.. so as I say I wouldn't put him up for adiption just yet - I'd wait - just make sure to feed him with the proper feed next year...
