Got some lovely pork loins for dinner tonight.....i fancy doing them on the BBQ.

Can anyone recommend a nice marinade for them. I have most sauces, herbs, spices, soys, vinegars, ketchups etc etc so fire away.

Not too spicy though

Thanks in advance

Cajun barbecue marinade though you could grill or fry using this!
200 grms soft brown sugar
75ml english mustard
half teaspoon salt
25grms butter
50ml white wine vinegar
75ml tomato ketchup
50ml worcester sauce
1tsp cajun spice
2tbsp tomato puree
100ml beef ****** hot
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed

Fry the onion and garlic in butter until soft, then blitz with the beef stock in the food processor until smooth, add to the pan with the other ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for about 30mins until you have a thick sauce, allow to cool before marinating the pork for as long as you can before cooking over 3 hours and more if can, grill or fry loin on medium heat for 10 to 12 mins depending on how thick your pork loins are turning once enjoy!!!
sorry hammerman thats 100ml hot beef stock in the recipe!

Might give that a go....thanks puddycat
Honey and wholegrain mustard is lovely too, especially on sausages for a further bbq idea.
Very simple (and maybe a tad late) - French mustard and Marmalade, equal quantities. Season to taste...it works!
Very nice grilled
