Hi joko, normal(wheat) flour contains a protein called gluten that enables the flour to hold the bubbles of gas produced by the raising agent. That is what makes bread light and fluffy. I suspect that if you try to make bread with soya flour you will just get a solid lump so you may have to compromise and use a mixture of soya and wheat flour. I expect veggie web sites will have a million recipes for soya bread as some veggies practically live on soya products.
Or you could just try and leave out carbs for a while and see how you go? Giving up bread is very hard but it IS carb, in any form. Can you have something else instead?
My tip would be to throw it away. The supposed benefits of soy products were invented and publicised by the soy growers association.
yes i was going to say bin it!! We tried it when we were low carb dieting...the carb content isn't that low and the results were.....mmmm disappointing is a polite way of putting it.
pS not sure of your gender but I understand that men should be careful how much soy product they consume
