sub judice
Sub judice - 'Jud(e)' (in) 'sub' & 'ice' (both types of "reserve") (?)
neath = under, recalling ringer perhaps = belly i.e. something bell-like
I have underbelly.

One's spiritual guru into spinning lies about one's conversion (12)
I_L_M_S_T_O_
could I have a 'tad' more help please?
Thanks - that's what I thought!
Ripper, looks like ISLAMISATION. IS (one's) LAMA (spiritual guru) TION (into spinning) (lies about, i.e. surrounding) IS (one's), giving (conversion) = IS LAM (IS) A TION
Islamisation - 'is' (ones) + 'lama' (guru) + anag 'into' (including = about) 'is' (2nd 'ones')
