Anyone sent a text to someone by mistake ?

I did last night, a rather 'personal' one at meant for a guy I like a lot, only it went to guy-friend I once went on a date with a while ago, only he still wants to take it further, so he took my text as a 'come on' OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...I did apologise unreservedly for sending it to the wrong guy ! ! So embarassing !

My friend sent a text to her ex telling him that she still loved him and missed him and sent it to her husband by mistake.

yep I was seeing someone behind his girlfriends back (bad I know, long time ago) and next day I sent her a txt meant for him saying 'did B notice the mud in the car?'. lol

Oh no!! What happened? Have text my boyfriend loads of times with messages meant for my friends or mum, luckily none of them have been insulting to him!

The guy-friend immediately replied with a 'wow that was an unexpected text, we ought to meet for a coffee and talk about it" lol, oh dear, poor guy, i replied with an apology to nip it in the bud, but he has not text anything since .......

not alot she was very dumb, still is, he still cheats on her with someone else now and has a bay with her. I found a phone once at glasto where the person had taken disgusting pics of himself so txt them to his mum. ha ha

I was having a huge text 'fight' with my ex - pretty vicious stuff too, and I sent one to the guy I had just started seeing. For some reason that didn't last very long - don't think he saw me in quite the same light afterwards ;)

I was asking everyone! Like to know the follow up story in things like this! My friend was texting me once and obviously texting her boyfriend at the same time and I got one saying "I love you! xxxxx" I thought it was v funny!

sophie - was that question referring to my post? Anyway, her very tolerant husband came home from work and said "next time you text one of your lovers, make sure you get the right number". They`re going through a really horrible divorce now. It`s not to do with that though but her husband did deep down know that she still loved her ex.

Not really, I don't believe in texts like that by 'accident'.... I text the man hostage with some random things occasionally but only because he's the only one on my favourite list so if I just keep hitting the same button when I'm drunk, everything goes to him... Suspect he only gets worried when I say 'hi daddy, how's it going' ;0)

Rainbow, he did - but I think that just made matters worse, him seeing what I could be like 'in full flow' with someone I'd been married to. I don't think he fancied being on the receiving end further down the line :)
