Take it from someone who ate too-many-business-lunches, MrMister
In the name of profits and efficiency, I skipped too many meals, then ate too many that were not healthy (but had to eat as the customer determined)
Twenty-five years ago I had a mild heart attack (wake-up call from my body). I totally changed my lifestyle. Three balanced, moderate meals nearly every day, walks and golf, do not rush-about so much (planning reduces anxiety), quit smoking, only drink in moderation (couple of glasses of wine with meal from time to time), and get a good nights sleep.
Feel better, look better and according to 'Bones', "Blood pressure and cholesterol are under control, so keep doing what you're doing"
But I do take a Multi Vitamin and Mineral tablet every day, for the the over-50s; I treat it as a little bit of insurance just in case I'm a bit short on anything
Strongly suggest you start reading the labels on what you're eating.............you'd be amazed at what you thought you were eating compared to what you've been sold and told.
Hope this helps..................enjoy
