No. There is no evidence to support the notion that multivitamins, taken in conjunction with a reasonably balanced diet, provide anything useful.

Only when there is a dietary deficiency or some other medical reason would they have any value.

I think people often think that more of something is better; but vitamins work on an equilibrium basis - only so much is required, any more just gets excreted.

Still, I suppose if it makes you feel better, and you can afford it, I guess its up to you..
