Why is it that some Pastor in America can threaten to burn the Koran and it becomes World wide news, involving the attention of the US President no less, yet even though the burning never took place it didn't stop the usual violent reaction from the Muslim world?
A group of around 100 Muslim activist from a group called 'Muslims against the Crusades' (MAC) gathered outside the US Embassy and burned the 'Stars and Stripes' along with the 'Union Flag'.
It is interesting to note however that no arrests were made except for a number of EDL (English Defence League) members, the police continued to hold back the EDL while the MAC were left to burn the flags unhindered.
It is also interested to note that one will find it hard to read a read a report on this disgusting protest, because there appears to be a news blackout on the matter for some reason, and yet if this had been a BNP or EDL protest the papers would have been full of it.

But if we let fear of retaliation dictate the terms of our freedom then we are only sanctioning the fulfillment of their unwavering intent, the rule of fear and subjugation of our right to exist to the whim of their alleged divine authority. I fear only that we will shackle ourselves in pandering to the rattling of their chains.
I just cannot understand some of you on here, a group who are not fit the be residents of this country, burn your national flag, spit at our troops, shout out obscenities at our troops, and burn effigies, and have been known to commit mass murder, and all you can say is ignore them.
Yet nationalist groups such as the BNP and the EDL, who have never taken part in such malicious actions, you call out for their marches of protest to be banned, and consider their leaders on a par to Adolf Hitler.
I am of course assuming that you yourselves are British, proud to be British, and are prepared to defend Britain along with British lives, if not we could well do without you.

They have to do something to bring a little excitement into their lives, no gambling, no drinking, no associating with women who aren't close relatives, just drinking mint tea playing cards and going to the mosque more frequently than is good for them. Can't you see how they could become slightly unhinged? Don't you feel sorry for them?
