Possibly my favourite film ever, but have been roundly slated for loving it: too dark/sinister/depressing, they say.

Anyone else a huge fan?

It is truly a masterpiece, and if it makes the viewer uneasy, it's done its job.

Wonderful performances all round, especially from David Thewlis.
