Heard it on my local news today (2BR radio station) - makes me feel proud to say I live in Burnley ..... NOT :o(

I thought this place was bad for that sort of thing ....i can gladly say my 10 year old hasn't dabbled in such things yet and hopefully 8 year old won't either .....my 16 year old has though but has told me she has tried it (peer pressure)

i know zzxxee , i knew myself because of the people she was hanging about with , the parents of one let him smoke it in the house ,actually rephrase that smoke it with him in the house ,he's younger than my daughter , it's hard to trust her now though even though she told me i still had to ask , she has a whole new circle of friends now which i am pleased about .

i hope so zzxxee was touch and go whether they would keep her at school as she never went most of the time in 3rd year but they told me they wanted to give her a chance as they knew why and now she has given the group of friends up she has really turned her life around for the better , i just hope it lasts xx
