i work in HR and you'll be surprised how many times companies have an offer pack all ready for the 2nd interview. we do it everytime!! they have probably already got an idea and the chance of the 2nd interview should be to reitterate what you did in your first interview, to be a little less nervous than before and to clarify your points you made last time.
They will have questions to ask you to just delve in a little more to make sure your the best person.
Do the same as before but just step it up a notch - its time to emphasise why they should employ you and to clarify who you are
