Cannot access my hotmail account

Even though i imput all the correct info .ie; Password , security question etc etc. , i still cannot get into my hotmail account. I am fed up with Hotmail and am going to another Mail provider. Have you any suggestions of how i can get into my Hotmail account. Thanks.
