You could have posted this explanation in your original post, TWR, then we would follow you! but no matter, you are here now, I'm can answer from my experience. I have tied thread tightly round the necks to kill off the blood supply, then they just drop off when the tissue dies. Or, if they are very small and away from the skin you can just cut them off with sharp scissors and slap a plaster on. If they are bigger, go see your GP - easily removed with minor surgery, they might be able to do it in the surgery.
