I woke up at about 4.20 with mild cramping and had another show but with fresh blood. Went back to sleep and wasnt til i got up with my son at 7 i realised they were regular (every 20 mins but mild). My Waters broke on ball at 3.30, suddenly got very intense so went straight to hospital. I was 4cm, went to delivery and was 9cm within half hour! Pushed him out in 15 mins. My hubby was working away and got there with 40 mins to spare!!
