I'm not sure but mine eventually went lumpy...so I guess as long as it's not lumpy it should be ok!

says 6 months after opening on the bottle, but as Elvis 68 says......

However I have been advised to add brandy to it and drink as much as poss as soon as poss. mmmmmmm
