It's quite good if you don't want to have to think about food or count calories, but you may need to have a snack here and there (piece of fruit) mid-morn/ mid afternoon, particularly if you are energetic. I used to like have breakfast and lunch ones, then have one around 5.30pm so that I could stand to wait for my dinner around 7.30-8.00pm. Sometimes I would mix and match, Slimfast for breakfast and low-cal sandwich for lunch or cereal for breakfast/Slimfast for lunch. Just use your common sense and keep a check on calories consumed.
Overall, I would say Scarlett is right. Long term you need to change your eating habits, but drinking these will shrink your stomach capacity after a few days, and you never know, it may be worth a try. I lost about 3 stone. Slimfast was partially responsible. Don't eat some of the 99 cal snack bars though, they have hydrogenated fat in them and that clogs yours arteries. Just check the ingredients to be safe. Good luck.
