melon starter

We are having friends for dinner tomorrow.  I thought I would do melon balls for starter, honeydew, galia and cantaloupe.  What can I add to make it special? Some sort of liquor perhaps.  Thanks.

Great idea, but I never mentioned one of the guests is a vegetarian. But thanks anyway kybienoir !

You could add a watermelon Bacardi breezer. Peach Schnapps would also go well with melon or maybe try Malibu. Or you could soak them in White wine or Champagne.

Try some freshly grated ginger and a little lemon juice mixed with yoghurt. Teaspoon of honey if you want it a little sweeter.
