Does anyone actually think that Julian Clary is funny?

The self proclaimed "Lord of the Mince" was on loose women and I was reminded of how unfunny he was, his obvious innuendos and predictable double entendres are getting painful now (pardon the pun) We obviously found him funny at the beginning when his style was unique and he was shocking us but just how long can his gags remain funny and who exactly are the ones that pay money to go to his shows?

I used to think JC was hilarious, not so much now, too many innuendos which are really obvious. I too think Miranda is awful. I'll be watching QI later on tonight though!

No, I don't find Julian Clary funny, nor Graham Norton, Lee Evans, Michael MacIntyre or Russell bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedin Brand. Comedians I enjoy include Jack Dee, Ricky Gervais, Jason Manford, John Bishop, Sean Lock and my all time favourite, Billy Connolly.
All a matter of taste, I suppose.

Russell Brands another one i don't find remotely funny but he must be doing something right as he seems to be everywhere at the moment and no doubt has a large fanbase.

Aside from the plethora of stand-ups around - of which inevitably, some are better than others - does anyone listen to the 6:30 comedy slots on Radio Four?

Honestly, if I wasn't told at the beginning that it was comedy, I'd never know - for example, The Odd Half-Hour which is running now on Tuesdays is nothing short of dreadful, and I've just found out this is the THIRD SERIES!!!!
