I'm not asking this for attention, just serious answers from people with knowledge/experience. I am 5' 2", small build ( size 3-4 feet ) but my boobs are 38G. My back hurts all the time and I have constant headache. My friend says I can have a reduction on the NHS, is she right ??

Don't ask your friend, curvybird - ask your doctor. Your GP can refer you if there is funding for this sort of operation in your PCT area - but I do have to say that in most places at the moment, all non-urgent referrals for many operations etc are being held back because the NHS has to save millions of pounds before 1 April. Also depends where you live, curvy bird, my comments are about the NHS in England as this is where I am.

Droopy Cazzz ? God, hope they don't get to that stage :o( I haven't bin to docs, it seems so trivial, there are people with cancer and real problems. Wish I could afford to go private

Definitely not trivial, cb - you don't want to suffer like this all your life. Do make sure you have the right bra though - my mate says cantilevers really worked for her.
At least with your small feet you can get nearer to the kitchen sink
