Age of mythology..does anyone know how to get tech help?

I have been playing for years but suddenely I can't get onto quick-setup.It just bouces back with'matchmaking unsuccessful,try again'.I can get onto the net and play advanced setup games.I have tried reinstall etc.Is there a site where someone could help?

Maybe try uninstalling the game and re installing?

Thanks jj but I tried that and it didn't help.Theres just no tech help available-maybe the games just too damned old!
