help please - putting music to a home video

is anyone still up? :o)

im after a free prgramme that i can put music to a home video please.

ive tried the windows home movie maker, but when i try to play it back afterwards, it comes up with -
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

any help please?

its ok. ive sorted it.
i looked back on some old posts on here and found it needed to be a wmv file or something, and if i published it to my computer, it would change it to just that, and yes it did and it played ok! :o)
nice one.
im not 100% sure but i seem to remember myspace offering that facility...upload the video and edit it in there...check it out
