With over a 1/3 of the Season gone already how is everyone doing so far ?
X-Ray is running away with it at present with 533 pts whilst I am languishing in 23rd with only 310 pts !
My other half Rowan is miles ahead of me in 15th with 363 pts !
It would be nice if one of us could win one of the Monthly Prizes on offer, or better still win the Comp outright !
Come on you ABers !! lol

Hi Ray. Did ok today. Transferred Nasri in before last Arsenal match and decided to keep Drogba as captain so not bad today but got a few other players left in the Man Utd, Villa and Liverpool matches so hoping for even more points.

Yes, Drogba is my captain too, it's about time he started to get some points - you did well with Nasri and two goals from him.
I suppose the Man United game against Blackpool will be later - only game in the Premiership to be postponed though.

Anyone having probs having transferring players?
Ive picked the perfect team (read and weep lol) but when I go to submit its the wee hand which comes up.Ive stuck to 5 xfers -dont have more than 2 players from the same team and im in budget.Ive reset -what next? (if you want to see the winning team :))

Its OK ive sussed silly me -I was trying to transfer even though the match was over -takes time to update so will fire my winning team in tomorrow:)

Hi red,
Yes, I noticed you were at the wrong end of the League table.
After next month I will have run out of available transfers, and with the uncertainty of some of the players I can see me slipping down the league.
I have had a tremendously lucky run at the top though, although nowhere near the leaders in the overall Sky Sports leaderboard.

Do you not get a new xfer window Ray in the New Year? I managed to get my team tweaked at 4 this morning -couldnt sleep.Youve done brilliantly btw but when you look at the ones at the top (even though your points total isnt far off them) their teams dont seem to be sooo spectularly differerent from what some of the ABers have had.Think anyone having Drogba at the start of the season was a major coup for a lot of people (I didnt have him-then when i did his form fell off:( ).Off to have a look at when I can xfer next...

I have never quite worked out this transfer system. As far as I can tell we get 30 total for the season, with 5 every month. I have used 22 so far, and with another 2 to use this month, 5 more in January leaves me just 1 for the rest of the season (Feb, Mar and April)
I see you have used 17 of your 30....Good luck...your new team has 3 of the players in my side, but you could still do well !!!

hey redman can you recommend some strikers for me please?

i currently have gyan, elmandar and carroll. i'm thinking of keeping carroll and elmandar but gyan hadnt been in his good form recently and thinking of swapping him... what you reckon? btw no man utd players please. :) (i did have drogba but got rid three weeks ago and wont have enough money for him) taaa

Was quite surprised that I managed 9pts this weekend. Scott Parker gained me 8 and Gamst Pedersen got me 1, but once all these backlogged matches get played I will sink back down the Table again ! lol
Not sure if I'm the right person to ask about recommending Strikers snowyball.
If I were you I would look at the list of Strikers from all Clubs and chooses a couple who are steadily gaining points every week. Do a bit of Team juggling with your available Transfers and hope for the best !!

i dont know who to chose to be honest, i really want torres back but i'm £0.9 short :( hmm

oh btw i managed to score 15 points this week as i have a sunderland defender (got a cleansheet) and was made captain so thats double points. :)
