Kyocera FS3020N Black & White Duplex Printer

If I transfer something from the internet (or sometimes a photograph from my own files) into a Word document and try to print the document, this printer sometimes refuses to work. Does anyone know why - and if so, what can be done about it? It's sooo frustrating!

When you say 'refuses to work' what exactly happens? Error messages, sitting there dumbly or what?

Sometimes sitting there dumbly - other times error message FO30 0191060 and 0191 531. Any ideas would be very welcome.
