Love Center parcs - try to get there at least once a year! doing 4 nights there as part of our summer hols this year - great now that the kids can do so much on their own - not that I am trying to get rid of them - they just love getting the freedom to roam!! Started going when they were babies and trailed them round the place in a bike trailer - fab, you must go!

lol, I took 8 books on holiday and read through them all, read the 2 my husband brought and was reduced to borrowing books from my 10 year old son to finish up the holiday , just as well he is an advanced reader!! I think a kindle will be needed for our next beach type holiday. btw - they dont have to be good, I will read almost anything!

my sons are 9 and 10, so at a great age for holidays - they can get a bit of freedom and give you peace but aren't sulky and hard to please teenagers. They are also old enough to do most of the activities that they want to and are really good swimmers (almost club level) so you don't worry so much if they are near water or in the pool without you.
