scared????

Just wondering, Do any of you on AB suffer from phobias? If so what?. I am slightly agoraphobic and claustrophobic.

I hate clowns and adults dressed up in animal costumes. They must smell my fear, as they always make a bee line for me!

I'm pretty claustrophobic.  I get panicky if I see underwater scenes on TV, and I hate going through tunnels.  I managed to go on the tube when I was in London last week but it took a real concerted effort for me to convince myself I wasn't underground at all.

Same as you FINA a bit agora/clastrophobic,  & like Obonio afraid of being afraid!  (Depends on how I am physically).  Funnily enough I'm not afraid of anything that I can see - well maybe hippos & rabid dogs but not many about!

nicola red one of my sons goes cave diving - it's pitch black!! Thinking about it makes me want to cry!

Masks, clowns and those awful people on stilts with masks on.  Also anything depicting human bodies with animal heads (like Rupert Bear) and Golliwogs.  Freaky!

Also hospitals.

Hey, what about this one - never tried it myself, but wouldn't even want to......pot-holing!!  Yeuck - when you have to go under a sump and then come up on the other side and there's only a few inches of space above the water.....I am freaking out just thinking about it!!!!!

Bondgirl that's exactly what my son does as I mentioned in my earlier post.  By the way don't say 'pot-holing' to a serious caver!!  Bit touchy some of them!

I have a recently discovered phobia, namely 'washing-up' or so my wife says, probably more of reluctance really!

Bats  - I'm absolutely terrified of them.

Spiders - terrified of the gigantic hairy ones, that dart across the floor when you least expect it.

I have an original phobia - I'm terrified of sprouting potatoes!!  I also hate feet (especially male feet) and spiders.

your not on ur own beth1989, i get totally freaked out by feet to the point of actually throwing up if anyone attempts to touch my feet. ewwwwwwww
