Yesterday me and my FORMER best friend had a massive argument she admitted that she'd had sex with my 14 year old brother (she's 22). She was boasting how he was shy at first how she seduced him and took his virginity when she stayed at my house last week.

I wanted to knock her out, another of my friends had to stop me. How could she take advantage of him like that, he's only 14. How could she get any pleasure out of it knowing how young he was . Today she's posted a facebook message saying she is the proud owner of a certain young mans cherry. I'm so angry I could kill her

first of all talk to your brother ask him is it true and did she come on strong .. if he was shy then there is no way he come on to her... problem is are you 100% sure it happened ?..i think she is trying to hurt you by saying she had sex with your brother.i take it you are close to your bro ?...so what did you do to her for her to say all this ?..THINK !... As most have said already, unless your Brother wants/is willing to make a statement about what happened then you are not really able to do much in the respect of going to the Police. Think after you "reverse the gender so its abit like -

Definitely it was you best friend problem since your brother is considered as minor. Anyway, you should explain everything about the act he committed.
