Even the clips of people 'dancing' and falling over leave me cold - i just cain;t find other peoples' misfortune - howsoever caused - to be funny.

Rehearsed slapstick is an entirely different matter - Laurel and Hardy are priceless.

My OH burst out laughing when I read him this post. He didn't even see the video...!!

My Uncle, a very short tempered, impatient person. But still funny and lovely...Driving down the motorway with one of our employees who is/was a bit on the paranoid side. The employee was talking nonsense for quite some time. My Uncle gave him numerous warnings to be quiet. Wouldn't shut up so Uncle pulled onto the hard shoulder and chucked the employee out of the car. 5 miles further on my Uncle broke down and the employee, who managed to hitch a lift, passed him and waved...

That story still makes me giggle....and peoples misfortunes make me laugh.

My other Uncle...his brother, fell asleep in a 360 with his hand on the controls. No one could get to him unless they risked being hit by the bucket. The thought of him having his power nap with the machine going round and round and round...also makes me smile.

It's funnier when you know the people involved :-)

They just kept shouting at him and throwing stones....

How anyone lets him drive a vehicle is beyond me. They've lost count of the amount of times he's fell asleep at the wheel...on the motorway..! Makes funny stories in the pub though.
