tongue scrapers

anyone use one? if so, do you find it more effective than just giving your tongue a good old scrub with your toothbrush? how many of you scrub your tongue?

Certain licking activities keep my tongue in very good nick with the need of a scraper.

I have just done a tongue inspection. I can't honestly say that I have gunk on my tongue but have done when I have been ill. I got a torch and looked at the back of my tongue as well. No gunk, just a pink tongue. I don't clean it!!
