Morning El Sqado, she's getting them on Tuesday on way back to airport, thanks for all your help. She was actually in the chemist's when I posted on here urgently. My god its cold here, but bright and sunny, I am all muffled up in slipperboots and shawls and wristwarmers in bed.

Hey any recommendations for galloping toothache from the chemists here( I mean sin receta) as Mr N has had one all night!

have you ever thought of writing your memoirs? retired doctor, living it up on a spanish island, the adventures he gets up to with the locals and on-line.....??
if you've ever read 'angelas ashes' you'd realise anyone can write anything and have it become a best seller.

Eth....funny that you mention that.........many people have suggested that I should write a book, problem is that it would be heavily censured....LOL.....also if it´s reception is like some of the comments that I get from ABers in reply to some of my anecdotes it would be "I don´t believe you"

The Mahon Women´s Luncheon Club have asked me to give an after dinner talk on "Becoming a Surgeon".....LOL........that will be full of dirty stories and anecdotes...LOL

nettty depends how long one tablet relieves the pain for.....up to 4 tablets in a 24 hour period.

the reason I was in a rush ayer was cos hija was in a certain pharmacy in Barcelona who will sell drugs without perscription if you can tell them what it is, and that you have arrived on hiliday and left them at home. Here on Ibiza we used to be able to buy anything but the changed the law!
