My husband spent 4 weeks in intensive care with pneumonia and swine flu, he is ok now and home but he has a very painful foot that is keeping him awake at night, he said it feels like it has either been cut or burnt, any ideas? the Dr gave him cream and it doesn't work.
Thanks in advance

Did he have an IV line in his ankle?
If so, then that could be the problem.
I would give him Ibuprofen 600 mgms at night which should settle him, providing that he is not on any medication that might interact.
