Hi, my friend was just telling me that her friend who is a primary school teacher said that whenever it is windy (like today) there is a noticable change for the worse in the kids behaviour. And her friend who is a prison guard also says the same thing - when it's windy the behaviour of the prisoners is worse. Anybody experienced this?

The kids were always hyper after a wind swept break or lunchtime - almost as if it had fully woken them up.
