Runny honey..
25 Answers
Just dug some out of the cupboard to use for dinner tonight. Some of it's still runny but the rest is solid. It's dated Feb 12...kitchen is quite cold so could that be the reason?

Amongst other things, salt aand pepper do not and neither does good ol' maple syrup. Being born in London but lived many years in Canada, have kept it and used it for many years. Great stuff.

Yes, the other posts are correct, and honey is one of the few foods that will never go off. When they opened up the pyramids they found honey it is which was still edible after over 3,000 years. It contains both glucose and fructose, which are both types of sugar.

because of the natural sugar content in honey this sometimes happens but there is nothing wrong with the honey or the temperature of the kitchen. honey can be brought back to its runny consistency by warming it gently. if fact the jar can be placed in water and heated gently to restore it back to runniness.
