Ubasses- when i felt a bit "funny" i began to think maby i hadnt drank enough(been away for weekend and most fluid was alcohol) so since last night ive been drinking lots of water, also had 3 glasses of coke with my lunch! Plus 600ml again of water when taking 3x sachets.....so my urines really quite light! Xx

There are two things I dread getting, one of them is vertigo and the other is cystitis. The best thing you can do if you think you have either is get off to the docs as soon as possible. Cystitis is horrible. Last year I had it several times and in the end had to go to the hospital to see if there was any underlying cause. Thank goodness there wasn't and the treatment the hospital professor prescribed seems to be working. Don't hesitate - get treatment.
