Hello.
im curious about the above mentioned drink, its a wee bit before my time so before i go and buy a bottle of it can anyone recommend what it would go with, or is it just best served with ice, etc thank you.

I regard it as "alcoholic custard" - if you don't like it as a drink, pour onto desserts. Nice on warm mince pies.

I once knew a lady who drank it with lemonade and a shot of Cherry Brandy!.......I've never tried it myself, she said it was lovely, it looked disgusting!................

in a shot glass with some chambord - its called a bakewell tart because it tastes just like one :)

advokaat with a small can of ginger ale, a measure of cognac and juice of quarter of lime makes a very moreish drink.
