exercise machine

As anyone tried the machine that is similar to a step machine but also twists side to side, as we are thinking of getting one but are unsure about the results that it is supposed to achieve.

I've got one a lateral thigh trainer, it is meant to work outer and inner thighs as well as front and back, have to be honest and say haven't used it much but can "feel it" if I do!
