Standard Deviation is not relevant to a square root. It applies to mean averages and provides a measure of the "variablity" or diversity of the data set from which the mean average is calculated.
I think this is linked to the OP's earlier question about calculating standard error/standard deviations.
Based on his data I'm not sure where the figure of 0.0000025 comes from.
Has OP calculated a variance of .0000025 and therefore square rooting to get the standard deviation maybe.
