I didn't realise that there are problems with some over the Scottish Census Form?
Perhaps the powers that be could also demand that all Call Centres should speak the Queen's English?

I'm not scottish and i could understand most of what was written under 'can you read Scots'. I'd always presumed it was a dialect rather than a unique language.
I am from Yorkshire and surely by the same logic we can say we are Yorkshire speakers but it doesn't seem to be mentioned on the English census.
