I am sure this will be the same wherever you live too, this is very sad, these places do wonderful work but today is the last day of the financial year and there's no more money for them

as funnygirl says, their mind is already made up, I am not moaning about it rather I am very sad for the people it has and will affect DT

I didn't mention a petition funny - often you find that from their 'helicopter position' (which is necessary), they sometimes forget some of the lesser (no disparagement meant there), things that get caught up in a sweeping policy change.

Possibly - as others have expressed issues as well. I last wrote on the coastguard issue and before that to GB on perceptions of the UK in the USA as to some of their economic misconceptions.
