.......you can't go up a flight of stairs without your calf muscles and ankles start aching. This was happening to me not so long ago. Things have much improved now and I have been walking 5 - 6 miles each day this week.
You know when that littlle ******** get in your wardrobe and sew up your clothes tighter. My wardrobe was infested with the little ******** but I gradually got rid of them.Still got a few more to go with a big kick.
I realised that the email AB had me down for, is one I don't have access to anymore so I ahd to change it but now I don't know my gravtar details . . .
Everytime you bend over (even just a wee bit) you let out an involutary groan/grunt. It's getting really embarrassing putting things away on low shelves at work!
OMG I'm fat!!!! half of those things are like me. I get out of breath walking to the end of the road. That's it I'll have to exercise or something now.
