how to take off "track changes" in ms word?

hi, i have done some track changes in a word document, now want to make some more changes but not tracked - how do i do that?

Which version of word?

(help menu > about word)

Click on the edit menu > toolbars and make sure the review toolbar is selected, then unclick track changes on the toolbar.
