charged with GBH with intent

hi all im at my wits end just been charged with GBH with intent a person has accused me of stabbing him i was in bed at the time my wife has confirmed this they have no dna no weapon it was raining at the time they took clothing which were all dry ive never been in trouble before i have only met the person once and that was for five minutes to ask him to stop picking on a OAP and it was all amicable any help would be good thanks

and to add a comment yes he has loads of previous convictions

the fact that he has a grievance against you which the oap can vouch for, means they will know he has a reason to blame you
with no evidnce whatsoever etc they cannot charge you

is there more to this than you are letting on?

we cannot help you properly without every bit of info - we are not the police or jury

joko i am teling everthing they are charging me because i made that comment to the officers when they turned up to my house on the charge form it says key evidence none clothes tested for blood negative dna none i even offered the arresting officers my shoes the didnt take them

also to add the council even pumped the drains looking for knife and they found nothing he described the knife perfectly but he couldnt say what hand it was in a little strange do you not agree

i think this is all very strange....how would this come to crown corut with all the details you have described??? [or should that be NON DETAILS]..which have been taken by the police???

yes its very strange i have told you everthing the man that has accused me has loads of convictions ranging from abh driving whilst disqualified drug possesion to name a few

you said you've got his statement and that he's chanegd his mind twice and told two differing stories?

yes nox he gave a version to a neighbour then to the police they were complety different

ITS BEEN KICKED OUT OF COURT 4 MONTHS OF HELL FOR THE CPS TO DROP IT ON THE DAY THANKS EVERYONE FOR TAKING THE TIME TO ANSWER
