Can anyone tell me if they know of a trader who deals in vehicles adapted to carry a passenger in a wheelchair. I have a friend whose husband has passed away, and she now wishes to dispose of her adapted Renault Kangoo, registered in 2006 and which has a low mileage .There are a lot of websites offeruing vehiucles for sale, but none that mention buying. Short of ringing round a lot, I wondered if someone out there knows a possible trader or wishes to acquire such a vehicle for themselves.

I'm in Rushden Northants and a local second hand car dealer does sometimes sells wheelchair adapted vehicles. I shouldn't imagine the demand is high though.
I am in the same situation and have had this place recommended.
