Blue tit in box

We have had a blue tit coming to roost every night for some time now, but there is no signs of any nest building' I know because we have a camera in the box.
Do you think it could be a male? I do hope not, previously we have had nine hatchings.
If it is a female, is there still time to build a nest and lay eggs?

I think so!.............not too late yet!...........we have birds still nesting in our garden........

I was watching a blue tit build it's nest yesterday so I'd think there should be time.
