Lemon posset ... google the recipe but it's just a matter of boiling up cream sugar and lemon juice .... old Victorian recipe - serve with shortbread biscuits ... either home made or cheating ones!!! Shortbread is easy too - just use a 3-2-1 ratio of flour, butter and sugar (ie 6oz plain flour, 4oz butter and 2oz sugar) so very easy.
