Good Morning all, did you manage to escape the downpours?

I have added the link because I think you will agree with me that the first two photographs are absolutely stunning.

Except of course the girl seems to be riding over those beautiful bluebells, I do hope not, and she was indeed riding along a very narrow pathway.

Fantastic photos aog - I expect the girl was not really cycling through bluebells, just posing especially for the photo. Or, as you say, a hidden narrow pathway?!!

I wouldn't have minded a few downpours here in West Yorkshire, but all we got was a miserable little shower! I'd put down some lawn feed in anticipation of heavy rain (all those symbols in the paper of black clouds with lightning flashing from them), and what a disappointment!

I would imagine the first photo has had a bit of artistic licence used with photoshop or the like.

The second image of the lightening is amazing, it is strange how seeing nature in its most brutal states makes for some of the best images around. Stirs the soul of even the most thick skinned of people..

Looks like those thunderstorms didn't get as far west as here....we only had some rain-and not much at that.
Fantastic photos of the lightening-I too love thunderstorms-but British ones seem mild compared to NY.
