I have forthnightly contact with my daughter for 8hrs during the day. During a recent contact She wanted to her new set of clothes which I had bought heR. We went out and due to time constraints could not go back to mu house to change her to her old clothes.
I have just recieved correspondence from my Ex solicitors warning me that I have no right to change the clothes of the child clothes and should return the old clothes(which I bought her as well).
Are they right in saying this. Can someone please advise
my friend has a similar problem in that her sons clothes are changed and she never sees them again - the other kids who live there helping themselves...
i think you have a right to change her but you should have informed where the clothes were and why you had changed them
