My Dvd drive has locked on region 1 - Is there any way now to unlock it? It is a Matshita SR-8585F. Thanks

once you have changed over regions three times your player will lock on the last region, this is so you can't buy DVDs from different countries which are cheaper or released first. I don't think you can unlock it but go into an electric store just in case and ask.
