Can anyone recommend what to use to remove turntable dust, sticky marks and finger prints on LPs and singles?

Does anyone know if there are specialists that will clean LPs and singles? If there is how much can it cost.

Thanks

You can get cleaning cloths from opticians for specs - they will work perfectly well on vynil.

For stubborn marks, use a weak solution of washing up liquid and a non-lint cloth and be gentle.
Ajax ?

To be more serious I don't think I'd like to use anything other that that designed for the job. Can you no longer get those felt like pads to wipe the dust off with ? Sticky marks are more awkward, I'd try a spirit applied with a lint free cloth on a record you aren't so fussed about to see if it cleans ok first.
You used to be able to get an anti static cloth or brush ( I have no idea if the are still available) but you may get similar in a camera cleaning kit.

If all you have is dust try a soft duster clean, no fluff. If you have marks that cant be removed try a soft damp cloth, and gently rub the marks.

What you must avoid at all costs is any sort of abrasive, once Vinyl is scratch it can't be repaired

I used to do mine with warmish water sprayed at high pressure from a shower head, shake off exces water, and leave to dry on kitchen paper. When dry a wipe over with dry lint free cloth.

yep soapy warm water works fine...
its plain plastic an will not be ruined by water...

these fancy solutions are just to sell you something
I used to use a square brick-shaped thing that was covered in something that looked like velvet, the fibres would fall into the grooves really effectively and lift out the dust.
I wonder if you can still get them.
yes i had one of them...they are similar to the clothes brushes you can get that are velvet with the pile all facing one direction
